Rebecca is compassionate, encouraging, and deeply invested in the transformation of every client she serves. She believes fitness is a catalyst for building confidence, discipline, and purpose. Through personalized coaching and genuine support, she empowers others to overcome obstacles, create lasting habits, and become the person they were created to be. Rebecca is certified through NASM and CPR/AED.

Samuel Beckwith: Head Personal Trainer & Co-Owner
Samuel believes people were created for more. He sees fitness as a catalyst for transformation, helping individuals build confidence, develop discipline, and pursue a life of purpose. Through compassionate coaching and genuine encouragement, he empowers clients to overcome limitations and become the person they were created to be. Samuel is certified with ASFA and CPR/AED.
